Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your fashion finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have all original tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items you wish to return back into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box, ensuring you include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation email.

  Generate a Return Label

  Log in to your Ardene account to initiate a return request and print your prepaid shipping label, or visit any of our retail locations for a free in-store return.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post or USPS location, depending on your region.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
